The area ranges from an urban landscape to beautiful farmland in the span of just a few miles. While Lancaster County is known for the Amish, you will also find all the typical amenities you would expect in a small city. In addition, the relative proximity to Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington, DC makes visiting and exploring these areas easy. Lancaster Airport serves the region with a wide range of destination options. There is also an Amtrak station in Lancaster City.
We have over two miles of walking trails in the community. There are also plenty of green spaces including stands of trees from when the property was a farm. The property has a historical family cemetery. It is not uncommon to see deer, foxes, geese, hawks, and other wildlife. The Little Conestoga Creek runs just east of the development.
One of the great features of our community is that it connects to other neighborhoods in East Petersburg. You will find neighbors using our trails giving the neighborhood added vitality. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance.
